# GetYourGuide integration

> Sync availability and receive bookings from GetYourGuide directly into your Sailia dashboard.

The GetYourGuide integration lists your Sailia activities on the [GetYourGuide](https://www.getyourguide.com) marketplace. Once connected, availability is synced in real time and bookings flow back into Sailia automatically.

## Before you start

You'll need:

* A live GetYourGuide supplier account
* At least one product set up in your GYG supplier dashboard
* Access to your Sailia **Integrations** settings

## Connect GetYourGuide

  <Step title="Get your External Product IDs">
    Log in to your GetYourGuide supplier account and open each product you want to connect. Copy the **External Product ID** from the product settings. You'll need one ID per product you want to sync.

  <Step title="Open the Sailia Integrations dashboard">
    In Sailia, go to **Settings → Integrations** and find **GetYourGuide** in the list.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Map your products">
    For each Sailia product you want to sync, click **Add Product Mapping**, paste the GetYourGuide External Product ID, and save. Availability sync and booking import begin immediately.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Notify GetYourGuide (if needed)">
    Some supplier accounts need GetYourGuide to enable the connection on their end. If prompted, email your GYG account manager to confirm you're connecting via Sailia.

## What syncs

Once connected:

* **Availability** is pushed to GetYourGuide whenever it changes in Sailia
* **Bookings** made on GetYourGuide appear in your [bookings dashboard](/activities/managing-bookings) with the GYG channel tag
* **Capacity is shared** — a GYG booking reduces spots available across all channels

## Managing GYG bookings

GetYourGuide bookings behave like any other booking in Sailia. You can:

* View participants and contact details
* Apply [refunds and rescheduling](/activities/cancellations-and-refunds) where your refund policy allows
* See them in financial exports tagged with the GYG source
