# Finance dashboard

> Track gross earnings, products sold, average sale value, and your highest-earning periods at a glance.

The **Finances** tab gives you a single, customisable view of how your centre is performing. It's designed for a quick scan rather than deep analysis — open it for the morning briefing or end-of-month review.

## What you can see at a glance

| Metric | What it shows |
| ---------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Gross earnings** | Total revenue across all sales channels for the selected period |
| **Products purchased** | Number of items sold — activities, shop products, memberships, and add-ons |
| **Average cost per product** | Mean sale value, useful for spotting up-sell trends |
| **Highest-earning period** | The day, week, or month with the strongest sales |

## Switching time ranges

The dashboard supports several time periods so you can compare like-for-like:

* **Daily** — today's performance
* **Weekly** — the current rolling week
* **Monthly** — the current calendar month
* **Semiannually** — the last six months
* **Yearly** — the current calendar year
* **MAX** — every transaction since your centre launched on Sailia

Switching periods recalculates every metric on the page.

## When to use this view

* **Morning operations** — open the daily view to see overnight bookings.
* **End-of-week review** — switch to weekly to see how the week landed.
* **Investor or board updates** — MAX view shows lifetime revenue at a single glance.
