Goal: bring back lapsed customers.- Filter: Combine Contact subscribed (signed up more than 6 months ago) with Course not attended in last 6 months if available
- Content: Lead with what’s new since they last booked, then offer a small incentive
- Pair with: A targeted discount code tracked separately so you know if re-engagement is working

Goal: turn one-off customers into repeat or higher-value bookings.- Filter: Course purchase on the gateway activity
- Content: Position the next product as a natural step — a recurring membership for someone who’s booked three lessons, or a related add-on for an upcoming booking
- Subject line: Match the recipient’s stage — Ready for your next level? or Make your trip a weekend
Audience-sizing tips
Always check the audience count before sending:- Too many recipients — your filters are too broad. Add a date range or a tag.
- Too few — relax a filter, or check that contacts are actually tagged or subscribed.
- Zero — almost always a filter logic issue. Toggle between All conditions and Any condition to see what changes.
